Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell is a firm of 75 trial attorneys, representing corporate clients throughout the United States. Our primary emphasis is on the Southeast, with offices in Orlando (where we started in 1978), Miami, Tampa, Tallahassee and Birmingham, but our practice is national in scope. We know that our future business depends on how well we meet our clients’ needs today. We are committed to building relationships and we treat our clients’ business as if it were our own.

Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell handles a variety of disputes, but our primary focus is on business and commercial litigation. In the beginning, we built our hard-hitting reputation in the areas of product liability and insurance-related work, and have since diversified into labor and employment, construction, mediation services, toxic torts, professional liability, IP litigation, and governmental and administrative law.

We are always looking to settle a case on terms that are best for our clients, but there are some cases that cannot, or should not, be settled. This is when we roll up our sleeves and embrace the challenge of explaining to a judge or jury your complex business transaction, contract dispute, patented invention, medical procedure, or product.
