Eric J. Eisnaugle

Eric Eisnaugle represents clients in commercial litigation and appellate matters. As a commercial litigator, Eric has experience in the areas of contract, banking and financial services, real estate, and other commercial disputes. 

In his appellate practice, Eric represents clients before both state and federal appellate courts in a broad range of cases, including commercial and liability disputes.

Eric served as a State Representative in the Florida Legislature from 2008 to 2012, where he was the Chairman of the Civil Justice Subcommittee and the Vice Chairman of the Rules and Calendar Committee. He was also appointed to the Judicial Nominating Commission for the Ninth Judicial Circuit by Governor Jeb Bush.
