Albert  Li

Albert Li is an associate in the firm’s Miami office and focuses his practice in the areas of construction and casualty litigation.  Most of his practice to various areas of construction law, including representation of contractors, developers, and design professionals in construction defect claims and disputes. He also represents clients in injury and premise liability matters. Albert was selected as one of Florida Super Lawyer’s "2018 Rising Stars" in construction law.

Albert earned his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and his JD and MBA from St. Thomas University School of Law. While attending law school, he was a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Frank Shepherd at the Third District Court of Appeal and an intern at the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”). Prior to attending college, Albert was an enlisted sailor in the U.S. Navy and deployed twice as a Navy SWCC.
