Lena  MirilovicLena Mirilovic practices in the areas of commercial, insurance coverage and bad faith, and casualty litigation and appellate matters.

She represents clients in matters involving commercial general liability, life, homeowners, excess/umbrella, professional liability, and long-term care insurance. Lena also assists clients in matters involving motor vehicle accident claims, including in cases involving significant and catastrophic injuries. In addition, Lena represents clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including defending clients in claims involving breach of contract, fraud, employment disputes, and Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
