Samantha Crawford Duke

Samantha Duke practices in the areas of commercial litigation, consumer defense law and casualty litigation. As a part of her practice, Samantha defends clients in Florida and multi-state consumer protection class actions including false advertising and violations of state consumer protection acts, such as the Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA). She also represents companies in commercial litigation matters including contract disputes and allegations of fraud. Additionally, Samantha handles matters involving premises liability, general negligence and other tort allegations. In 2014, she served as second chair and successfully secured a defense verdict at trial in a negligent supervision case.
