LaShawnda K. JacksonLaShawnda Jackson practices in the areas of casualty and product liability. She defends companies against premises liability, product defect, and motor vehicle accident liability claims. LaShawnda also handles personal injury, wrongful death and property damage cases.

LaShawnda also advises and represents public entities such as housing authorities and various governmental agencies and municipalities with regard to civil rights claims, public record laws and compliance with Section 119 of the Florida Statutes. She represents clients who have been denied access to public records of the state and other governmental entities.

As part of her product liability practice, LaShawnda defends manufacturers and distributors of a variety of products including automobiles, forklift trucks, refuse trucks escalators and personal watercraft against product liability claims.
