Richard A. Greenberg Re-Elected to Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers Board


TALLAHASSEE, FL – Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell Partner Richard A. Greenberg has been re-elected to a second consecutive four-year term as an at-large board member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL).   

The FACDL is an association of 1,900 criminal defense lawyers working to be the unified voice of an inclusive criminal defense community, to promote excellence in the practice of criminal law, to improve the criminal justice system at the judicial, legislative and executive levels, to ensure the integrity and independence of the criminal defense lawyer, and to promote the protection of the rights of individuals.

Greenberg has previously served as both president and treasurer of the association’s Tallahassee chapter.

Greenberg concentrates his practice in the areas of professional responsibility, professional licensure and criminal defense.  He works out of Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell’s Tallahassee office.
