RKC has an opening for an Office Manager for our Orlando and Tallahassee offices. Ideal candidate will have a Degree in Business or HR Management, at least 5 years of supervisory/HR management experience (preferably in legal), outstanding communication skills, strong organizational skills, an enthusiastic and “can-do” attitude, and the ability to problem solve and bring people together. HR responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and evaluating staff, management of workflow assignments, arranging training and coverage, and assuring work quality is top notch.
