Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell is looking for an energetic candidate to join the management team as Director of Human Resources and Legal Recruitment. The position is resident in the firm’s Orlando office. The Director will periodically travel to the firm’s other offices in Miami, Tampa, Tallahassee and Birmingham. The Director will attend on-campus interviews at law schools for Summer Associate recruitment. Ideal candidate will have a Degree in Business or HR Management, at least 5 years of supervisory and senior level HR management experience (preferably in legal), understanding of State and Federal labor laws and employee benefits, strong computer skills, outstanding communication skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to problem solve and bring people together.
