Rumberger, Kirk & Caldwell’s Orlando office seeks an experienced receptionist. Duties included: operating switchboard and routing calls, welcoming guests, clients and vendors, scheduling conference rooms, assisting secretaries and law clerks as needed with administrative projects, and helping support other office service’s needs. Some overtime required.

Ideal candidate must have at least 3 years of reception experience (law firm preferred), be well versed in handling multi-line switchboard, be proficient in Microsoft Office products, work well under pressure, work with minimal supervision, as well as work in a team environment.  Competitive benefits and salary.
