Assita Toure focuses her practice in the areas of casualty and trucking litigation. She defends claims arising from a variety of trucking accidents including vehicle/ pedestrian and multiple vehicle collisions, and represents businesses against premises liability, auto negligence and various tort claims.
Prior to joining RumbergerKirk, Assita worked as an Assistant Public Defender for the 13th Circuit Office of the Public Defender.
While in law school, she served as an extern for the Honorable Keith Meyer of the 6th Judicial Circuit, Clearwater and as an intern for the Honorable Robert G. Fegers of the 10th Judicial Circuit, Bartow.
