Jett Baumann practices in the areas of government and administrative law, labor and employment law, and assists insurance carriers with First Party Claims.
Prior to joining RumbergerKirk, Jett was an Assistant General Counsel for the Division of Pari-Mutuel Wagering within the Department of Business and Professional Regulation, where he served as lead counsel during rule challenges and other regulatory litigation before the Division of Administrative Hearings.
While in law school, Jett served as a law clerk to the Honorable J. Lawrence Johnston, at the Division of Administrative Hearings and worked in the Office of General Counsel for Governor Rick Scott.
