Joe Tracy focuses his practice in the areas of insurance coverage and casualty litigation. He defends insurance companies against first-party coverage litigation including water, sinkhole, and fire claims. Joe also represents clients against claims arising from a variety of trucking accidents including vehicle/pedestrian and multiple vehicle collisions, and represents businesses against premises liability, auto negligence and various tort claims.
During law school, Joe served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Frank Allman for the 2nd Judicial Circuit Court, Criminal Division. He served as an intern for the 4th Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office during undergrad. Joe participated in the firm’s 2021 Summer Associate Program.
