Kimberly Cook focuses her practice in the areas of casualty and trucking litigation. She defends claims arising from a variety of trucking accidents including rollovers, vehicle/pedestrian and multiple vehicle collisions. These cases often involve significant and catastrophic injuries as well as wrongful death claims. She also represents businesses against premises liability, auto negligence and various tort claims.
Prior to joining RumbergerKirk, Kimberly worked for an AM Law 200 law firm where she focused her practice on multi-district litigation, class actions and premises liability. She also has experience in real estate law handling foreclosures and advising homeowners association and condominium boards on compliance with state and federal housing law.
Prior to her legal career, Kimberly worked as a paralegal focusing on insurance matters.
