Pedro brings 19 years of in house experience and insight with him to RumbergerKirk. Prior to joining the firm, Pedro worked as managing litigation counsel for a property and casualty insurance company where he oversaw and managed the company’s South Florida in-house legal department.  He also provided and implemented litigation strategies for the handling of claims from inception to resolution including all aspects of the discovery process, mediation, arbitration and trial.
