Tammy Brito practices in construction and casualty litigation. She represents developers, contractors, and design professionals in construction defect claims, default claims, and contract disputes involving residential and commercial projects. Tammy also represents clients in personal injury and premises liability matters. Along with her legal experience, she is also a Licensed Roofing Contractor for the state of Florida.
In law school, Tammy served as a Staff Editor of the Florida International University Law Review, and authored a comment and proposed amending Florida’s construction defect statute, Chapter 558, to grant contractors an absolute right to cure alleged construction defects. She also served as a legal intern for the State Attorney’s Office, 17th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida.
