Celebrating Women’s History Month Across RumbergerKirk
Celebrating Women’s History Month Across RumbergerKirk

Every year, March is designated Women’s History Month by presidential proclamation—a time to honor women’s contributions throughout American history and recognize the impact women have across professions, communities and generations.
This year’s theme, “Leading the Change: Women Shaping a Sustainable Future,” reminds us of the important role women play in shaping our future. In that same spirit, RumbergerKirk came together throughout March to support initiatives that help create lasting opportunities for women in our communities.
Across the firm, teams organized charitable collection drives benefiting organizations such as the YWCA of Central Alabama, Dress for Success Greater Orlando, The Spring of Tampa Bay and Suited for Success/Dress for Success Miami. These efforts focused on collecting essential items, including professional attire, household goods and personal necessities, to support women and families working toward stability, independence and opportunity.

We also supported women-owned businesses through catering across our offices, including Casa Di Nonna, Maman, Swine & Sons, Pearson’s Catering and Salt & Palm Catering—bringing teams together while recognizing the talent, creativity and entrepreneurship of women who continue to shape our communities.
Together, these efforts reflect a shared commitment to strengthening communities and recognizing the lasting contributions of women. Through both service and support, RumbergerKirk remains committed to advancing opportunities for women and strengthening the communities where we live and work.
