Meghan Kennedy Marcus focuses her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, intellectual property, real estate, construction, and professional liability litigation. Her complex commercial litigation practice is diverse and includes representing clients in corporate and partnership disputes, fraud and civil conspiracy claims, breach of contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and class actions. Meghan also provides external general counsel services to companies of varying sizes in which she advises clients on a wide variety of legal issues that her clients have faced including but not limited to, governmental compliance, public records compliance, trademark and copyright registrations, and contract negotiation and drafting.
