Meghan Kennedy focuses her practice in the areas of complex commercial litigation, professional liability, intellectual property, business law, and family law. She litigates professional malpractice claims, corporate and partnership disputes, director and officer liability, breach of fiduciary duty claims, as well as fraud and civil conspiracy claims.
While in law school, Meghan served as a summer intern to the Honorable Judge Debra S. Nelson for the Seminole County Circuit Court, 18th Judicial Circuit, FL. She also served as a summer intern during undergrad for the Office of United States Senator Marco Rubio. Meghan also participated in the firm’s 2021 Summer Associate Program where she won “Best Advocate” during the program’s Mock Trial.
