Parker Bucken focuses her practice on warranty and Lemon Law and product liability.
She represents automotive manufacturers in all phases of litigation involving Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Florida Lemon Law including arbitration before the Florida New Motor Vehicle Arbitration Board and in lawsuits throughout the Southeastern United States.
In addition, she represents automotive and consumer product manufacturers in all phases of litigation against negligence and strict liability claims based upon alleged product defects.
