Brennan Ohme is an experienced civil litigator who represents businesses, insurers, and individuals in state and federal courts throughout Alabama. With more than 30 years of experience, his practice encompasses a broad range of civil matters, with particular emphasis on insurance coverage and bad faith, casualty litigation, premises liability, automobile litigation, commercial disputes, and appellate matters.

Brennan represents insurers in disputes involving commercial and personal lines of insurance, including coverage matters and claims alleging bad faith, fraud, and other extra-contractual liability. He also defends businesses and other clients in matters involving personal injury, premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, property damage, and other general liability claims. His experience includes representing clients in the insurance, retail, restaurant and hospitality, and other industries.

In addition to his trial court practice, Brennan has significant appellate experience. He has represented clients before Alabama appellate courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. Prior to entering private practice, Brennan served as a law clerk to the Honorable Sharon Yates of the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals.

Brennan is active in the Birmingham community and serves on the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of Alabama, an organization that helps prepare young people for economic success through education in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship.
