Graham Marcus focuses his practice in the areas of employment and professional liability. He represents employers in the private and public sectors in matters involving claims of employment discrimination and retaliation such as religion, national origin, race, gender, age, and political patronage, asserted under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964; Chapter 760, Florida Statutes; Section 1983 of the Civil Rights Act of 1871; the American Disabilities Act (ADA); and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA.) Graham also defends professionals from a variety of industries including legal, healthcare, construction, and financial institutions against claims of malpractice. Graham also participated in the firm’s 2021 Summer Associate Program.
