Emma Quattlebaum focuses her practice in the areas of casualty, trucking and premises liability litigation. She defends claims arising from a variety of trucking accidents including vehicle/pedestrian and multiple vehicle collisions, and represents businesses against premises liability, auto negligence and various tort claims.

Before joining RumbergerKirk as an associate, Emma gained experience as a legal intern with Florida’s Fifteenth Judicial Circuit and participated in the firm’s 2025 Summer Associate Program in Tampa, where she won “Best Advocate” during the program’s mock trial.
