Big congratulations to Reggie Guillaume, who was named a recipient of the 2026 The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division 36 Under 36 Professionalism Award.

Reggie receives his award from Arti Hirani, President of the YLD, and Reggie Penn, Governor for the 18th Circuit of the YLD.

Reggie was recognized during the Affiliate Outreach Conference Gala on February 7, 2026 in Orlando, where young lawyers from across the state gathered to celebrate the honorees. The room was filled with applause, energy and plenty of well deserved excitement as each recipient was recognized for setting a strong example for the profession.

“I’m truly honored to be recognized by The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. To be nominated by peers makes this especially meaningful. I’ve been fortunate to learn from outstanding mentors and colleagues, and I’m grateful to be part of a profession that values integrity, service and respect,” Reggie said. “I look forward to continuing to serve clients and the profession with the same dedication that this award represents.”

The 36 Under 36 Award honors young attorneys under age 36 who are nominated by their peers and known for demonstrating professionalism in their daily practice. Reggie’s recognition speaks to the respect he has earned from colleagues and the way he shows up for clients, the profession and the community.
