RumbergerKirk partner Richard Greenberg will be a featured speaker at the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL) 2026 Criminal Law Update and Board Review Course on Friday, March 13.

The annual FACDL Criminal Law Update and Board Review Course is designed to help criminal defense practitioners stay current on developments in case law, statutory changes and ethical standards. This year’s program brought together members of the criminal defense bar, as well as prosecutors, from across Florida for two days of legal education and discussion.

Greenberg’s session will address a range of timely topics affecting attorneys today, including legal ethics, notable recent case law, the growing role of artificial intelligence in the practice of law and recent amendments to the Rules Regulating The Florida Bar.  He will review several recent rule changes as well as recent ethics opinions.

Throughout the presentation, Greenberg will provide practical insights with clear explanations of ethics rules, real-world examples and thoughtful analysis aimed at helping lawyers uphold their professional responsibilities while effectively advocating for clients.
