RumbergerKirk Employment Attorneys Take the Main Stage at 2025 Annual HR Conference
RumbergerKirk employment attorneys participated in a panel discussion at the “Making Waves: The Collaborative HR Ripple Effect” 2025 Annual Conference on Wednesday, September 10 hosted by HR Association of Broward County (HRABC) and HR Miami.
HR professionals play a critical role in protecting their organizations from employment claims and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Failure to comply with these laws can result in costly legal battles, damage to the company’s reputation, and harm to employees.
During the panel discussion, RumbergerKirk partners including Chase Hattaway, Kayla Platt Rady, Nicole Smith and Suzanne Singer provided HR professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to navigate the complex legal landscape of employment law and avoid potential employment claims.
The panel moderator was David Suarez, MBA. A keynote speaker, thought leader, and expert in business communication and leadership since 2002, he is the founder of Interactive Training Solutions, a professional development training, team building, and executive coaching firm utilizing applied and experiential learning, with a healthy dose of improv comedy.
