Jessica Gross practices in the areas of complex insurance defense, warranty and lemon law, casualty litigation, and commercial litigation. She represents insurers, manufacturers, and businesses in a wide range of disputes, including automotive warranty and lemon law litigation, premises liability, negligent security, and first-party property claims.
Jessica regularly represents automotive, electric vehicle, and consumer product manufacturers in all phases of litigation involving alleged product defects. She also handles breach of warranty claims under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act and Florida’s Lemon Law.
In her casualty litigation practice, Jessica defends clients in premises liability and negligent security matters. She also represents insurance companies in first-party and third-party coverage litigation.
Jessica began her career by providing tax and business planning for diverse individuals and business entities in addition to restructuring strategies relating to business transactions, tax free exchanges and real estate.
In law school, Jessica served as an intern for the Honorable Judge Martin Zilber, Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court, Felony Division.
