Brett M. CareyBrett Carey practices in the areas of insurance coverage and bad faith, employment and commercial litigation. He represents insurers in first and third party coverage matters, including claims involving personal and commercial lines of insurance, and claims involving extracontractual liability and bad faith disputes. Brett also assists clients with contract disputes, fraud, and misrepresentations. He also has extensive experience representing insurance companies against disputes raised by their agents. Brett also represents clients in employment matters (including discrimination and wage claims) and manufacturers in product defect cases.

Brett is a member of The Florida Bar Diversity and Inclusion Committee and is an active participant in RumberKirk’s pipeline programs, which aim to introduce local students to topics and careers in the legal field.
