RumbergerKirk partner David Willis has been certified as a mediator by the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida effective January 20, 2026.

This certification adds to Willis’s existing designation as a circuit mediator by the Supreme Court of Florida and expands his ability to serve as an impartial third party to facilitate discussions and help parties in civil suits reach a mutual agreement before a trial.

In his mediation practice, David regularly assists parties in resolving disputes across a broad range of civil litigation matters and is known for his practical approach, attention to detail and ability to guide parties toward meaningful resolution.
