On June 5, more than 275 Preferred members participated in the latest Webinar Series presentation on “First Amendment Auditors,” presented by RumbergerKirk attorney Jeffrey J. Grosholz and hosted by Public Risk Underwriters of Florida, Inc.

During the presentation, Jeffrey shared best practices when faced with a First Amendment auditor. One reminder, remain calm.

“Often, auditors are looking to create a viral moment to post online or on social media. By remaining calm and friendly, you are able to retain control of the interaction and defuse the situation,” he said.
