Blake Bonsack joined the Tampa office of RumbergerKirk early in his career and says the firm’s outstanding reputation as a trial-focused team attracted him. He focuses his practice on casualty litigation and insurance coverage, handling tort claims for theme parks, rideshare companies, and other businesses. His work includes matters involving personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, and wrongful death.

Over the years, his role at the firm has evolved, and he now enjoys the opportunity to mentor new associates.

“Sharing insights from my own experience has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career, and I truly enjoy helping young lawyers grow in their practice,” he shared.

For Blake, the true highlight of his time at RumbergerKirk remains the people. “It’s a privilege to work alongside some of the best legal professionals in Florida and I value the strong relationships built throughout the firm,” he said.

Blake’s professional foundation began before his legal career, starting with a BS in journalism from the University of Florida. He went on to earn his JD from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where he also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Bruce T. Beesley of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada.
