Over her time at RumbergerKirk, Kimberlynn Gonzalez has watched her role evolve in ways that have shaped both her career and her confidence. Having held three different positions in the Tampa office, she’s used each transition to uncover new strengths, build valuable skills, and find the work that energizes her most.

But for Kimberlynn, the biggest impact has come from the people around her. From the moment she walks in each morning, she’s surrounded by colleagues who are ready with a smile, a helping hand, and genuine support. “When I arrive at the office, I’m greeted by smiling faces and people who are willing to help out in any way, whether it’s work-related or personal,” she said.

Outside the office, she and her husband—along with their dog—love to spend their free time exploring. Weekends often mean finding a new trail, discovering a small town gem, or lingering over coffee at a local shop. Antique stores along the way are always a bonus.
