Jennifer Smith Thomas has been appointed the Chair of the Premises Liability Section and Vice Chair of the Products Liability Section of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC). Jennifer will be adding to her existing roles as Southeast Region Chair, Aviation Section Vice Chair and Membership Recruitment Committee Vice Chair.

The FDCC includes civil defense litigators, senior corporate counsel, and insurance claims executives and is dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship and professionalism for lawyers and other professionals striving to achieve a balanced justice system in the defense of civil lawsuits.

Much of the work of the FDCC is through its 24 substantive law sections which provide members the opportunity to exchange ideas and foster fellowship.

“I value my leadership roles with the Federation and look forward to continuing to collaborate with elite defense counsel throughout the country in developing substantive and current programing for its members,” said Jennifer.
