Richard Greenberg and Paul Lipton Contribute to The Florida Bar’s 2026 Professionalism Expectations CLE

Professionalism is a cornerstone of the legal profession, shaping how attorneys serve clients, interact with colleagues and uphold the integrity of the practice of law. Recognizing its importance, The Florida Bar requires all attorneys to complete a mandatory continuing legal education program focused on professionalism expectations.
This year, RumbergerKirk partner Richard Greenberg and Director of Professionalism, Career and Skill Development Paul Lipton participated in The Florida Bar’s 2026 Professionalism Expectations CLE, a webinar designed to reinforce the standards that guide attorneys across the state.
The program reflects the Florida Supreme Court’s continued emphasis on professionalism as essential to maintaining public trust in the legal system. It provides practical guidance on ethical conduct, civility and the responsibilities attorneys carry in their daily practice.
During the program, Paul presented on “Professionalism Advice from a Seasoned Attorney,” offering real-world perspective on maintaining professionalism in practice. Greenberg led a session on “Regulating Professionalism, Part Two,” addressing how rules and expectations continue to evolve and are enforced within the profession.
The course is now available through The Florida Bar’s InReach catalog, ensuring attorneys have access to the tools and guidance needed to meet these expectations. Learn more and access the program here: The Florida Bar InReach catalog.
