Miami, Fla., September 4, 2025 – RumbergerKirk announces that Crystal Valencia, an experienced litigator, has joined the firm as a partner in Miami. Her addition will strengthen the firm’s casualty litigation and product liability practices.
“We are pleased to have Crystal’s depth of experience on our team. Her track record for innovative strategies and setting benchmarks for favorable resolutions across the gig economy and technology sectors will be a welcome benefit to our team and clients,” said Managing Partner Frank Sheppard.
Valencia has more than 12 years of experience helping clients and in-house counsel plan and implement defense strategies in both trial and appellate courts. She has served as outside counsel to leading technology and rideshare companies, as well as major insurance carriers. “I joined RumbergerKirk because of the firm’s reputation for excellence and integrity.
