Suzanne Singer Reflects on 25 years of Purpose, People and Practice

Suzanne Singer has always loved the challenge and competition of practicing law. Early in her career, she discovered that what truly motivates her is helping individuals and companies navigate complex legal issues and achieve the best possible results. After 25 years at RumbergerKirk, Suzanne says, “what stands out is not a single case or courtroom victory–although there have been many–but rather it’s the people at RumbergerKirk.”
Suzanne’s 25-year milestone reflects two and a half decades of collaboration, mentorship and professional growth. She chose RumbergerKirk as the place to build her career, describing the firm as a community and a second family filled with talented professionals she respects and enjoys working alongside.
“This anniversary is not just a reflection of my journey, but of the people who have shared it with me,” Suzanne said. “I am deeply grateful for that and proud of what we continue to build together.”
Over the years there have been many changes, but through it all, “RumbergerKirk’s commitment to advocating with integrity and achieving excellent results through preparation and skill has remained constant,” said Suzanne. She credits the firm’s collaborative culture as a foundation for her continued growth and fulfillment.
As her career has evolved, Suzanne has found one of her greatest joys in mentoring younger attorneys. She considers it a privilege to watch new lawyers grow, take ownership of their cases and develop their own voices.
Her advice to young attorneys is, “to stay curious and never lose your sense of integrity (or sense of humor). Sometimes it can be challenging, but always do your best to take the high road. Diligence, integrity and professionalism will take you far, but respect for your colleagues, clients and the legal process will define your reputation.”
Looking ahead, Suzanne said she is excited to continue shaping the next generation of defense lawyers and remains proud of what she and her colleagues continue to build together.
