Barker brings more than 20 years of law firm leadership experience with extensive expertise in operations, human resources, financial management, facilities and strategic planning. In his role as COO, he will oversee firmwide operations and work closely with firm leadership to support growth, operational excellence and organizational sustainability.

In addition to his years of experience, Barker has earned the Certified Legal Manager credential from the Association of Legal Administrators demonstrating his high level of expertise in legal management.
