RumbergerKirk espouses the values of diversity and inclusion, equal rights under the law and respect for all people.  Recent events remind us that work needs to be done to promote justice and equality under the law.  We denounce racism and injustice in all its forms.  As officers of the court and active participants in the legal system, we seek to promote equal rights and respect for all people in our firm, in the legal system, and in the broader community.  We as a firm are committed to the principle that our differences make us stronger and we are better because of diversity.  We remain committed to strengthening our own culture of inclusiveness.

Today, June 19^th, is the day in America when we commemorate the emancipation of enslaved Black Americans. It is a day of hope for all of us as we continue the journey toward fulfillment of the principles on which our great country was founded.  Indeed, it is a day of hope because we know that equality and justice for Black Americans enriches the lives of all Americans.  We encourage everyone to take a moment today to think about the importance of recognizing the equality of all individuals in our society.
