David Willis Honored by The Florida Bar with Prestigious Justice Harry Lee Anstead Award

David Willis has been honored by The Florida Bar with the prestigious Justice Harry Lee Anstead Award for The Florida Bar Board Certified Lawyer of the Year recognizing professionalism, ethics, and dedication to the practice of law.
The award was presented at the The Florida Bar Annual Convention on June 18, 2026 during the Board Certified Lawyers’ Reception, co-sponsored by Florida Lawyers Mutual Insurance Company.
Named in honor of the former Florida Supreme Court Justice Harry Lee Anstead, the recognition celebrates attorneys whose careers reflect the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to board certification.
A Florida Bar board-certified specialist in business litigation, construction law and real estate law, David has spent decades representing clients in complex commercial and property disputes while also serving as a Florida Supreme Court certified circuit mediator and arbitrator. Throughout his career, he has remained deeply involved in The Florida Bar, including prior service on the Real Estate Certification Committee.
