Families First Coronavirus Response Act – Important Information for Employers
Leonard Dietzen and Kayla Platt Rady virtually presented, “Families First Coronavirus Response Act-Important Information for Employers” to the North East Florida Educational Consortium, as well as to the Florida Association of District School Superintendents in March.
They focused on the new sections of the laws that affect the implementations of the Emergency Family Medical Leave Act and the Emergency Paid Sick Leave Act. After giving an overview of the new laws, they took questions on who these new laws apply to, when they take effect, and gave practical tips as to how to keep track of the various types of new paid leaves.
