Jeffrey J. Grosholz

Jeffrey J. Grosholz has obtained Board Certification in Education Law by the Florida Bar, a distinction that recognizes attorneys with specialized knowledge, professionalism, and substantial experience in their area of practice.

Jeff is a Specialist in Education Law, and represents school boards and educational institutions throughout Florida in matters involving constitutional, civil rights, employment and labor, and tort claims. He currently serves as school board attorney for the Baker County School Board.

“Jeff’s Board Certification reflects both his depth of knowledge and his commitment to Florida’s education community,” said Leonard Dietzen, Administrative Partner in Tallahassee. “He is a thoughtful advocate and trusted advisor who approaches every matter with professionalism and care.”

Jeff said the certification represents an important professional milestone and he looks forward to continuing to serve his educational clients in the future.

“Since joining RumbergerKirk, it has been my goal to become Board Certified in Education Law. I am grateful to all my colleagues and mentors who helped me along the way, especially Leonard J. Dietzen., whose support was key in helping me gain the experience necessary to secure this accomplishment. I am also indebted to my peers in the field, whose support and guidance was and remains invaluable in my practice.”

The Florida Bar’s Board Certification program is the gold standard for Florida lawyers and shows the attorney has specific knowledge, skills, and expertise in a specialty field. Only approximately 7 percent of Florida Bar members are board-certified. To achieve such recognition, attorneys are subjected to a heightened level of excellence through peer review, and an examination of character, professionalism, ethics, and credibility in the practice of law.
