Lerner has extensive experience representing national insurance companies in life and disability ERISA matters, as well as in complex coverage disputes involving commercial general liability, errors and omissions, garage liability, and automobile and trucker’s liability policies. Also, an experienced appellate advocate, Lerner has served as counsel of record in more than 50 appeals and previously served as a law clerk for Florida’s Fifth District Court of Appeal.
