Several Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel (FDCC) members were invited to share insights on various aspects of leadership at their firms, companies, and communities during the FDCC Winter Meeting. Each focused on a different “Fed Talk.” Larry Smith discussed “Diversity Fatigue: An Overview of Recent Diversity Challenges and Opportunities.” Reflecting on the increased legislative and legal challenges to DEI initiatives, Larry inspired the international audience, calling upon them to be patient but vigilant, concluding “We rest in the winter so we can blossom in spring.”
