Leonard Dietzen provided a specialized training seminar on the current state of Florida Public Records for the Florida Police Chiefs Association (FPCA) on Wednesday, November 29 in Winter Park, Florida. During the seminar, Dietzen discussed recent developments in both the legislature and the courts.
