Richard Greenberg Talks to the Daily Business Review About the Grim Reaper Case and Appeal
The infamous “Grim Reaper” case is now before the Santa Rosa County Circuit Court and Richard Greenberg is urging the appellate court to dismiss the case. In an article published by the Daily Business Review on June 9, 2021, Greenberg “urged Santa Rosa County Circuit Judge Scott Duncan to dismiss the case, arguing that the appeals court’s order for the possible sanctions fails to comply with a disciplinary rule cited by the three-judge panel.”
