The addition expands the firm’s Executive Committee to five members, bringing an additional perspective to the leadership team.

Klein focuses his practice on product liability, warranty and Lemon Law, and complex insurance and casualty litigation. He represents manufacturers and other clients in high-stakes litigation throughout Florida and the Southeast involving alleged product defects, warranty claims, and catastrophic injury and property damage.
