Klein focuses his practice on product liability, warranty and Lemon Law, and complex insurance and casualty litigation. He represents manufacturers and other clients in high-stakes litigation throughout Florida and the Southeast involving alleged product defects, warranty claims, and catastrophic injury and property damage.
