Brittney Polo Listed as One of 15 MDFAWL “Women to Watch”

The Miami-Dade Florida Association for Women Lawyers (MDFAWL) held its Inaugural 2025 Impact Awards on Wednesday, March 5, 2025. During the event they recognized 15 “Women to Watch” including RumbergerKirk attorney Brittney Polo. Honorees were chosen based on their accomplishments, contributions to the legal community and the work they do each day. In addition to building on her success at work, Brittney is extremely active with local bar association communities, including MDFAWL.

Brittney focuses her practice on casualty litigation representing clients in negligence claims involving personal injury, motor vehicle accident claims, wrongful death and property damage. She represents the Eleventh Circuit on The Florida Bar Board of Governors Young Lawyers Division. During the past year, she focused on enhancing mentorship programs and providing invaluable guidance to both young lawyers and law students. She also serves as the secretary of the Broward County Bar Association Young Lawyers Section and as the Women’s Leadership Academy Committee Co-Chair for MDFAWL. She was recognized in 2024 for the Miami Dade-Bar YSL 40 Under 40 Award.
