Taylor Koshak focuses her practice in the area of commercial litigation. She represents businesses, their owners, and executives in handling a wide variety of business transactions and litigation. She handles matters involving breach of contract, business torts, real estate disputes, and lien enforcement. Taylor has experience in many aspects of litigation including strategy development, discovery, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and both formal and informal dispute resolution. Additionally, she has experience in estate fraud and class actions, and appeals.
