RK partner Rob Blank successfully argued the case of Sean Saunders v. Busch Entertainment Corporation d/b/a Busch Gardens at oral argument before the Second District Court of Appeal in Lakeland, Florida on August 10, 2010. The appellate panel, consisting of Justices Villanti, Khouzam and Black, unanimously affirmed the summary judgment Blank had obtained from the trial court, submitting a per curiam affirmed opinion on August 20, 2010.
