    LaShawnda Jackson practices in the areas of casualty and product liability. She defends companies against premises liability, product defect, and motor vehicle accident liability claims involving personal injury, wrongful death and property damage cases.

    She also represents public entities such as housing authorities and various governmental agencies and municipalities, with regard to civil rights claims, public record laws and compliance with Section 119 of the Florida Statutes. She assists clients who have been denied access to public records of the state and other governmental entities.

    She also represents trucking companies in cases involving significant and catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims.  Her trucking cases involve issues including weight, lighting, driver qualifications and performance, and vehicle maintenance and repair and issues related to the electronic control module (ECM).
