Samendio Mathieu focuses his practice in the areas of casualty and trucking litigation. He defends claims arising from a variety of trucking accidents including vehicle/ pedestrian and multiple vehicle collisions, and represents businesses against premises liability, auto negligence and various tort claims.
Samendio also works as a coach for the FAMU Law School Moot Court Team. Prior to attending law school, Samendio worked as a microbiologist in which he participated in microbial studies to determine the most efficient and cost-effective sanitation procedures to implement that would exceed FDA regulations.
